The Fantastical Candy Factory

As the daughter of  a candy maker, I had a lot of  experience in candy factories growing up. This piece draws upon rhythm from the candy machines as well as the child-like wonder of candy making. 

The Warmth of the Stars

Written for the LSU Cello Ensemble, this piece was inspired by to wonder and awe of looking up at the night sky, imagining the incredible sights that exists throughout our universe

The story of two young hippos sneaking away from their home and eventually getting caught by their angry mama.

Crawfish Étouffée

Inspired by traditional music from Louisiana, this piece is named after the first dish I tried after moving there: Crawfish Etoufee.
